Specialist Risk Group buys UK broker for fleet services build-out
London-based insurance intermediary Specialist Risk Group (SRG) will buy insurance brokerage Fleet and Commercial to bolster its existing commercial motor capabilities.
The target, founded in Oxfordshire in 2011, currently operates UK-wide with an offer for a range of industries and client sizes. Fleet and Commercial will join SRG’s retail division within specialist risk insurance solutions, under the direction of Oliver Thorne, named to his post only in October m2022. Tony McLeman & Tom West will continue to lead Fleet and Commercial.
