Startup consultancy GreenKite offers range of support services for insurers

Independent consultancy firm GreenKite has launched, dedicated to providing advice, support and solutions for the Insurance and financial services industry.

GreenKite says it is made up of a network of experienced professionals, enabling the team to look at complex problems and growth opportunity from every angle. It can “offer a wide range of services, including M&A, compliance advisory services, MGA and company setup, HR operations, interim placement, operational tech and more”.

Sara Ager, GreenKite co-founder and chief executive, said: “We feel that now is the right time to launch GreenKite; there is a clear gap in the market for real problem solvers. The industry is calling out for someone to provide consultancy support that delivers real, tangible solutions to complex problems. By applying Insurance industry and business expertise, we can anticipate and respond to client needs to design solutions for a diverse range of sector specialties.

Louise Birritteri, chief executive of sharing economy insurance provider, Pikl, has been working with the GreenKite team on a complex area of legal and compliance whilst Pikl was setting up its MGA. She said: “The legal landscape was particularly daunting for us-a startup business. Sara guided us through unfamiliar territory with practical steps and acting on our behalf as an extension to our team. As an MGA startup, we did not have the funds to employ a permanent employee to carry out this critical role at a crucial time in our business development.”
