TigerRisk taps senior broker from Aon for London retro role

Reinsurance broking and risk/capital management firm  TigerRisk Partners has strengthened its London retro practice with a new partner hire from  Aon.

Oliver Denbigh has taken up his position as partner within the retro team. He will report to Alex Bridges, head of Retro, and be based in London.

Denbigh has joined TigerRisk from Aon, where he was a senior broker with the non-marine specialty team. In this role, he worked on property retro, cat and risk on D&F and major global clients. Prior to that, Denbigh was at Willis Re, where he specialised in multi-territory property cat, and worked on international business across a number of classes of business.

“Ollie is a fantastic addition to the team,” said Bridges. “His wealth of experience having worked across the classes during his career representing reinsurers globally gives him an invaluable insight into structuring, pricing and placement strategies that will be extremely beneficial to our clients as they navigate this period in the cycle.”
