Towers Watson and In2Matrix launch Russian alliance
Professional services company Towers Watson and employee benefits consultancy In2Matrix have established an exclusive alliance in Russia to provide consulting and insured employee benefits solutions.
The alliance, which also extends to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), is aimed at providing a full employee benefits service to local corporate and multinational businesses.
The service will be delivered by a joint team of experts based in In2Matrix’s Moscow office, where it has operated for ten years.
Gerard Baltazar, chairman and chief executive of In2Matrix, said: “This partnership provides significant benefits to organisations based and operating within the region. The combination of expertise and experience of both parties will enable us to provide these businesses with access to first class employee benefits solutions that deliver a transparent and successful benefit strategy, responding to local operating and regulatory requirements.
“In Towers Watson, a globally recognised consulting brand, we have found a partner that supports our aspiration to offer an effective ‘one-stop shop’ solution for high quality employee benefits in this strategically important region.”
Simon Gilliat, global practice director of Towers Watson, said: “In2Matrix has built the local market expertise and understanding that will be an important factor in the delivery of the combined service. Our alliance enables us to evolve the range and scope of the employee benefits services that we both offer across the region.
“This alliance with In2Matrix has also afforded Towers Watson the opportunity to continue to provide ongoing market intelligence and advice on Compensation & Benefits matters in Russia and the CIS locally through the former Towers Watson data services team, headed by Anna Babushkina, who have transferred to In2Matrix.”
