WTW lands data intelligence leader from Marsh business

Global broker  WTW has appointed a rewards data intelligence (RDI) leader for North America from  Marsh McLennan.

Erica Johnson joins WTW from Mercer, where she was the North American career products sales and commercial strategy leader and served on the products leadership team. Prior to Mercer, Johnson served as vice president of Ambrose Employer Group, now part of TriNet, working with companies in financial services, private equity and technology.

In new role, Johnson will be responsible for driving the growth strategy of RDI in the region. She will be a member of the RDI global leadership team, led by Sambhav Rakyan.
