WTW swoops for ex-Marsh to fuel expansion in North America aviation

Global broker  WTW has bolstered its aerospace practice with a new hire from EPIC Insurance Brokers, having three decades of senior leadership experience including at Marsh and Integro.

Terry Rolfe (Pictured) has been appointed as director - client relationship management (CRM), within WTW’s aerospace business.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rolfe joins WTW from EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, where she served as the aviation practice leader. Prior to EPIC, Rolfe also served in a similar aviation leadership role at Integro, after working for nearly a decade in a senior leadership position with Marsh in New York City.

Based on the west coast and reporting to Jason Saunders, senior director and head of aerospace, North America, Rolfe has solid experience in managing client relationships, strategic planning, and risk management.

WTW hope to benefit from these assets in accelerating its expansion within the North America aviation business. In her new role, Rolfe will be responsible for optimising client results, coupled with driving strategy execution.

Saunders said: “I am delighted to welcome Terry to our team. She brings  significant industry and leadership experience, along with industry relationships that will further accelerate our growth and development in North America.”
