XL Catlin unveils promotions in global environmental team
XL Catlin’s insurance operation has made number of promotions across Europe in its international environmental team.
Dan Alexander Lothian has been promoted to underwriting manager, environmental for UK & Ireland, based in London. Ludovic Ruiller, previously underwriting manager, environmental for France, adds Benelux to his remit. Simone Te Kamp has been promoted to senior underwriter, environmental, Benelux. She is based in Amsterdam and will report into Ruiller.
Adias Gerbaud, head of environmental, international, said: “European multinational companies are increasingly aware of the need to minimise their environmental exposures and to have effective risk transfer solutions in place, wherever they operate.”
She added: “As we look to keep growing our environmental insurance portfolio across Europe, we need to invest in our talent and further develop the team. Dan, Ludovic and Simone have all demonstrated tremendous expertise and been successful in their respective markets and I have full confidence that they will thrive in their new roles.”
