Nord Stream claim sinks on UK court’s war exclusion ruling

Lloyd’s and Arch insurance shook off a major claim by Nord Stream, getting a UK court to agree the late 2022 underwater explosions that destroyed pipelines carrying Russian gas to Germany were a consequence of the Russian-Ukraine war and subject to the policies’ war exclusion.
