Offshore storms expose Hawaii’s rising tropical cyclone risk: Moody’s

Hawaii has sizable insurance coverage and protection gaps across the island chain, particularly for flooding, after Hurricanes Lala and Lowell caused significant damage this summer even though neither made direct landfall on the main islands.
