Orion180 seeks $300m IPO while founder keeps an iron grip on votes

Tech-driven homeowners carrier and MGA Orion180 believes it will take nearly $300 million from its pending IPO sale of 20 million shares or 9.2% of its automated risk-picking machine for cat-exposed US property markets, updated IPO documentation has indicated. The sale is set to get underway immediately.
