Parametric drought insurance changes lives in Nepal

A parametric drought insurance product, supported by a premium subsidy from Humanity Insured, a UK registered charity backed by the insurance sector, has been triggered by satellite‑measured soil moisture falling below a pre‑agreed threshold.
