Pelagos adds new quota share, eyes ILS and retro to manage margin

Bermuda based global re/insurance carrier Pelagos, formerly Fidelis, has added a new whole-account quota share to its support roster and is taking a boost from ILS trades as a competitive ILS/retro market improves outward reinsurance economics, top officials have claimed.
