Penn Mutual to sell $150bn asset manager to global PE giant

The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its $150 billion capital markets, wealth and asset management company to global investment firm KKR. Fitch views the sale as “opportunistic”.
