Property cat and specialty rates fell at 1/1, US casualty splits reinsurers: Gallagher Re

The January 1, 2025 renewals saw property cat and specialty risk-adjusted rates drop, as growth segments faced pressure, while US casualty split reinsurers between expansion and caution, global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re said in its renewals report.
