Reinsurers chase Australia after M&A redraws the market

Australia and New Zealand took their full measure of benefit from the global oversupply of reinsurance capacity at the 1/7 renewal, adding to their draw with a now lengthy benign loss history and a primary market consolidation that may put more players on the global radar.
