RenaissanceRe rides cat-free to 20 pps decline in Q4 CoR

Reinsurance group RenaissanceRe has ridden a cat-free fourth quarter to offset enduring underwriting losses in casualty and specialty and take 20 points from its Q4 group combined ratio, the latest earnings statements have indicated.
