Root Platform poll: only 50% MGAs are API-enabled

Insurtech Root Platform has found that half of managing general agents (MGAs) are still at the earliest stages of their digital and/or application programme interface (API) transformation journey, highlighting the widening gap between fully API-enabled MGAs and those who are only at the beginning of their modernisation process.
