Sampo moves to consolidate Nordic with M&A bid for Topdanmark

Nordic insurance group Sampo will bid to purchase outstanding shares in Topdanmark it does not yet own in a for-equity deal valuing Topdanmark at DKK 33 billion ($4.74 billion), Sampo said of a deal struck between the two companies.
