Scor sniffs new reinsurance demand on top, no dent in rate slide

Reinsurance buyers are bringing some increased demand to the table in 2026, but chiefly in the form of new limit at the tops of programmes and insufficient to tweak the trajectory of pricing as capacity swamps the market, top officials at global re/insurance group Scor have indicated.
