Sedgwick soars to $13.2bn valuation with $1bn Altas investment

Technology-driven risk solutions provider Sedgwick has closed a $1 billion equity investment from a North American private equity firm, taking its total enterprise value to approximately $13.2 billion–an increase from $6.7 billion when Carlyle made its initial investment in 2018.
