Skyward’s portfolio pivot fuels 43% jump in net premiums

US specialty P&C insurer Skyward Specialty pivoted its way to 13.3% growth in gross premium written and a stunning 43% gain in net premium written, veering sharply enough to put nearly every segment either double-digit up or double-digit down while slashing its cession rate by a heady 13.7 points.
