Slide raises $252m in IPO, rewards shareholders with 20% at debut

US coastal residential insurer Slide raised $252 million in net proceeds from its IPO while helping existing shareholders cash in for a triple-digit million sum, then treated shareholders new and old to around 20% in gains on its first day of trading.
