Small is beautiful: Florida’s Citizens could end 2025 with record shrinkage

Florida’s residual windstorm insurer Citizens could end the year with as few as 385,000 policies, an all-time record low following an all-time record year of depopulation, Citizens CEO Tim Cerio has claimed.
