Soft market sparks 10% surge in US property cat demand mid-year: Aon

US property cedants brought a more than 10% increase in demand to the table for the mid-year reinsurance renewals, adding to the tops of programmes and re-engineering coverage, sometimes in support of stronger planned growth, analysts at Aon said in their review to the mid-year property cat renewals.
