Storm Boris floods could rack up $3.9bn in Central Europe insured losses

Insured losses from floods unleashed by Storm Boris in Central Europe will likely tally between €2.5-€3.5 billion ($2.8-$3.9 billion), according to Moody’s RMS Event Response.
