Storm Éowyn’s insured losses climb to $815m

Windstorm Éowyn, which swept across the British Isles between January 24 and 25, is expected to cost insurers around €747 million ($815 million), up from earlier estimates but par for the course in Europe, according to independent catastrophe data provider Perils.
