Striking disconnect emerging between falling marine rates and war risks: Marsh

Global marine insurance rates kept falling in the second quarter of 2026, even as war risk spread across key shipping regions and insurers’ exposure to supply-chain disruption and accumulation risk grew, according to Marsh’s latest global maritime, cargo and logistics insurance market trends report.
