Swiss Re Corporate Solutions to acquire QBE trade credit, surety business

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial arm of Swiss Re, has struck a deal to buy the global trade credit and surety business of QBE, sharpening its push into specialty lines and expanding its footprint in credit risk.
