Swiss Re takes major P&C margin boost to overcome L&H re slippage

Global reinsurance group Swiss Re took a non-inconsequential 36.8 points from its third quarter P&C reinsurance combined ratio, helping the segment swing back to a net underwriting profit for Q3 and overcome a wobble in life and health earnings.
