Tech shift triggers major UK layoffs at insurance giant Allianz

Allianz UK plans to cut about 650 roles—roughly 11% of its 6,000-strong workforce—by the end of 2025 as it accelerates a multi-year drive to become a “simpler, digital-led, leaner business”.
