Third Point will take its infant annuity reinsurer to LSE

Third Point Investors, a New York-based hedge fund by activist investor Daniel Loeb, will be taking its recently-founded Cayman-domiciled annuity reinsurer Malibu Re to the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
