TIH’s Starwind launches Fractal Re sidecar with $270m capital raise

Starwind Specialty Insurance Services, a division of CRC Group and subsidiary of TIH, has joined forces with Stone Point Credit to launch a collateralised reinsurer, following a $270 million capital raise.
