Too much money, too little fear in E&S casualty?

Excess and surplus property insurance softening has pushed spill-over capital into select areas of the E&S casualty market, above and beyond already strong flows, putting downward pressure on lines that still have heightened loss cost trend to chase, analysts at Gallagher’s wholesale brokerage unit RPS have claimed.
