Top leader to leave Enstar after 21-years amid $5.1bn Sixth Street acquisition

Re/insurer group Enstar, which has agreed to be acquired by shareholder  Sixth Street in a $5.1 billion cash deal, will see its top leader of over two decades exit the business at the end of the year. He will focus on preparations for closing the merger before stepping down.
