Transactional risk insurance far outpaces modest 2024 M&A recovery

The transactional risk insurance market may have notably outpaced a more “modest recovery” in underlying M&A deals in 2024 and could take off in earnest as the pace of deals picks up in 2025, analysts at global insurance brokerage Marsh have said.
