TSR raises Atlantic hurricane forecast but still expects season well below average

Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) has raised its forecast for the 2026 North Atlantic hurricane season, but continues to predict activity will remain well below long-term averages despite slightly more favourable conditions emerging in the subtropical Atlantic.
