TSR slashes hurricane forecast again, predicts activity nearly 50% below average

Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) has downgraded its outlook for the 2026 North Atlantic hurricane season, predicting a season which is sharply quieter than both the long-term average and the elevated activity seen over the past decade.
