TWIA gets cat model relief, but 10% exposure gain tips the PML scale
The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association TWIA, the state's residual insurer, has seen a 10.1% increase in exposure since it last set its statutory PML target, the tipping factor against cat model updates that are otherwise forgiving for the coastal cat insurer.
