TWIA on track to slash reinsurance programme to $2.3bn

The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA), the state’s residual insurer, remains on track to cut its reinsurance requirement to $2.3 billion for the 2026/7 season, updated PML estimates prepared for the governing board have indicated.
