UK P&I and TT Club move merger forward with Thomas Miller buyout

Mutual insurers UK P&I Club and TT Club have reached two pivotal milestones in their ongoing integration strategy, confirming that shareholders have overwhelmingly accepted a joint offer to acquire insurance management group Thomas Miller, while the proposed merger remains on track for completion in early 2027.
