Property drives US commercial P&C renewal rates increase

US commercial P&C insurance renewal rate growth rose in four of six sub-segments in December, with only a pull-back from recent gains in commercial auto and fresh rate declines in workers comp tempering a notable year-end rebound, the latest reading of the Ivans Index indicated.
