US commercial property rate hardening stalls in January: Ivans

US commercial P&C insurance renewal rates fell in January, including a heady 1.4 point deceleration for commercial property, the heftiest pricing movement since a turbulent second quarter of 2024, the latest reading of the Ivans Index indicated.
