US court accelerates vs Howden; Aon gets lightning order & injunction

Global insurance broker Aon has secured a rapid injunction against rival Howden within two weeks of opening its poaching case against the US upstart, a palpable ante-up from a New York federal courthouse increasingly familiar with litigation against Howden.
