US cyber has turned rate inadequate, sapping new business: Beazley

Cyber insurance has turned rate inadequate in the US, in part as the market appears to be ignoring renewed and increasing frequency in ransomware, the chief underwriting officer of re/insurance group Beazley has claimed.
