US insurance job counts slow in July after heavy-hiring Q2

The broad US insurance industry may have added yet another 2700 jobs in July, extending its run of uninterrupted hiring to nine months during which time payrolls have expanded by nearly 36,000, preliminary data from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) indicated.
