Who made the biggest move after California’s insurance reset?

US personal lines insurers American Family and Allstate took the biggest steps into the California homeowners in the first year following market reforms while California market leader State Farm and Nationwide made the sharpest turns towards the door, a review of a California 2025 market share report indicated.
