WTW snares Marsh talent to lead claims closure solutions in North America

Global broker WTW has hired a senior talent from Marsh to spearhead the expansion of its claims closure solutions in North America.

Lynda Gammons has joined WTW as head of the claims closure solutions team for Corporate Risk & Broking, North America (CRB NA). 

Gammons will help enhance the business’s service offerings and driving the strategic direction of the group. She will also manage operations and support the team to deliver quality solutions to clients. 

She joins WTW from Marsh, where she previously served as managing director, enterprise sales leader. She also worked at Willis from 1993 – 2006 and has a strong background in managing claims and developing claims closure service programmes.
