Zurich Insurance Group is selling shareholders on its acquisition of UK rival Beazley on conviction that the opportunity in specialist insurance, especially around data centres and infrastructure, could be huge for the group and with assurance for all involved employees that jobs are not on the line, comments from company leaders to the group’s AGM (Wednesday, March 8) have indicated.
