Aon’s $13.4bn bid for NFP clears major US antitrust hurdle

Global brokerage Aon’s $13.4 billion bid to purchase its mid-market rival NFP has overcome a significant regulatory hurdle in the US, following the expiration of a key waiting period under antitrust laws.
