California’s CEA slashed treaty again to $2.4bn, down 12% at 1.1

The California Earthquake Authority (CEA), which calls itself as the world’s largest buyer of reinsurance, let more treaty sums go unrenewed at the January 1 deadline, the latest in a line of non-renewals as PMLs have fallen.
